Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Influently website, waiting list, and existing app accounts.

App access

Public registration is closed. Existing users can continue to sign in and test the app. Joining the waiting list does not create an account or give access to the app. The app is under development. Its availability and functions can change.

The waiting list

You can request one email when Influently is ready. Confirm your address through the confirmation email to join the list. This request does not subscribe you to regular newsletters. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, or a purchase obligation.

You can leave at any time through an unsubscribe link in our emails. We delete unconfirmed addresses after seven days. The Privacy Policy describes data storage, email delivery through Resend, and your choices.

Use of the app

Use only accounts and content that you have permission to manage. Keep your sign-in links and codes private. Do not use the app to send unlawful messages or messages that break Instagram's rules. You are responsible for your automation settings and message content.

The website and app

We can change or remove the website, app, and their content. We do not promise continuous availability or operation without errors. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Our content

The Influently name, logo, website design, and original content belong to us. You must have permission to copy or use them.
